There are three steps to Add a Sticker feature in What’s App
Step 1 : Update the New Version of What’s App

Step 2 : Download the What’s app beta Data and install it (What’s app beta link Below )

If also This Featuer not Work than follow this Last Step
Step 3 : Now no any Other Option. you will try to Re Install What’s app , First Uninstall the What’s app and reinstall it.
